From the Home page, you can click on the Find a Bank-Owned Property link.
Within the Search for Properties screen, you can search for available property listings. From the Search Property Listings section, there are several search fields available. A state must be selected. All other fields are available to help you find the properties you are most interested in. Select from the available search fields and then click on Search at the bottom of the screen and you will be taken to a list of available properties that match your search criteria.
From the Home page, you can click on the Find a Bank-Owned Property link.
Choose the search criteria that you wish to use to find properties that match your interests/eligibility. Click on Search and you will be provided a list of properties that match your chosen criteria. To save your search criteria, click on Save Search in the Search Results Options box at the top of the listings. If you have logged into your Buyer Solution account, you will be prompted to provide a name for your search (e.g., Florida Homes). Once you enter a name for the search and save it, you will receive a confirmation and can close the Save Search window. If you are not logged into your Buyer Solution Center account, you will be prompted to do so in order to save your search criteria. If you do not have a Buyer Solution account, you must register for one before you can save searches.
You can save an unlimited amount of searches.
To remove a Saved Search, click on the trash can icon for the search you wish to remove.
Once you have saved a search, you can re-use it at anytime by logging into your Buyer Center account and clicking on Saved Searches. This will take you to a screen where your searches have been saved. To re-use a search click on the Search button by the name of the search you wish to re-use. This will take you to the Property Search Results screen and display all properties that match your search criteria.
From the Property Search Results page, you can click on More Details for any property that is displayed to view more information about the property. On the property detail screen, click on Add to My Watchlist to add the property to your Watchlist in your Buyer Solution Center account. Properties on your Watchlist can be easily accessed and tracked by logging into your Buyer Solution account and clicking on My Watchlist. The current status/availability of the property will be displayed here.
To remove a property from your Watchlist, click on the trash can icon for the property you wish to remove.
